Foundation  Formació i Treball  has a long experience  giving training courses the objective of which is to give the students the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge to acquire  the basic abilities to develop a job.

Formació i Treball gives priority to training people who for different reasons  have especial difficulties on finding a job. That’s why the courses are free for the students  and become a practical experience similar to that in the normal working market and give especial attention to knew knowledge related to the subject trained as also habits, working pace and security and hygiene.

Many times the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the classrooms are tested and improved through practical sessions in companies of the industry.
