Fundació Formacio i Treball has a long training trajectory, within a job insertion itinerary, in which we have been diversifying and increasing the courses we offer. These -at no cost for students- are based on a practical experience similar to an ordinary job where we pay special attention to new changing working knowledge as well as to habits, working pace, security and hygiene. For the students it is an opportunity to learn a job that can help them to stabilise their working and social situation. Fundació Formació i Treball gives major priority to training people who, due to different reasons, have difficulties in finding a job in a regular working environment. We also have Insertion contracts and workshops working practices for beneficiaries of Minimum Income Allowances.
