Sociolaboral insertion  itineraries  for people depending  on the minimum income allowance

The objective of this programme is to help people dependant on the Minimum Income Allowance to find a job through insertion itineraries. This group of people mainly consists of persons with different problematic personal and social situations that leaves them in a vulnerable situation from a working point of view i.e, single-parent women, -or victims of domestic violence-, older that 45 years of age, with mental disorders, immigrants,  drug dependents, etc.

With these itineraries we intend to design actions to:

  • Improve the working conditions of the participant offering an integral personal accompanying service into labour insertion.
  • Optimize social abilities and capacities to establish a relationship in their sociolaboral context.
  • Give the students the capacity to develop different jobs carried out in our workshops.
  • Making companies sensible to the contracting of people that depend  on  the Minimum Income Allowance.

These actions take place in group training sessions , in an individual manner through tutorials and also in the productive workshops in our institution dedicated to the collecting and selection of clothes, collecting and repairing second hand pieces of furniture, jobs in our shops and cleaning jobs. The people that are learning in these workshops are always guided by a boss who is also their educator.

Once their training process is finished they have the chance to have a working  contract within FIT.
