Encuentro del proyecto ERASMUS + WISE en Rumania

Formación i Treball ha participado este mes de octubre en el Transnational Meeting en Bucarest, en el marco del proyecto WISE for Digital Upskilling organizado por la entidad rumana Ateliere Fără Frontiere. En este evento se hizo un seguimiento de los objetivos del proyecto, las tareas a realizar y las responsabilidades acordadas. Además, también se acordaron los próximos objetivos a seguir.

Transnational Meeting en Bucarest fue una oportunidad para compartir experiencias, ideas y buenas prácticas entre todos los partners. Desde Formació i Treball se efectuó una sesión demostrativa de tres plataformas diferentes de e-learning que la entidad considera más adecuadas para formar a los trabajadores y trabajadoras de la Empresa de Inserción en competencias digitales. El objetivo de esta dinámica era recibir feedback de los partners sobre la accesibilidad, usabilidad, escalabilidad y eficiencia de estas plataformas, para poder seleccionar una para utilizarla en el marco del proyecto.

Fue una experiencia muy enriquecedora en la que los compañeros pudieron conocer diferentes formas de trabajar en la Empresa de Inserción así como otros servicios que desarrolla Ateliere. En este evento participó las entidades Brigadas Nature (BN), ENSIE Network, Rise Rumania Network y Ateliere Fără Frontiere.

En el proyecto ERASMUS+, WISE (Work Integration Social Enterprises) for Digital Upskilling participan Empresas de Inserción (WISE) de toda Europa, actores esenciales para el proceso de inserción por personas en situación de vulnerabilidad. En muchos casos, estas empresas son proveedoras de otros servicios para estas personas como formación profesional, orientación laboral o Programas de Entrega Social entre otros. Los WISE, como Formació i Treball, cumplen su misión de interés general para facilitar el acceso y la inserción de personas en situación de vulnerabilidad en el mercado laboral ordinario, como principal objetivo.

ERASMUS + WISE  meeting in Romania

Formació i Treball took part in the Transnational Meeting in Bucharest this October, as part of the WISE for Digital Upskilling project, organized by the Romanian organization Ateliere Fără Frontiere At this event, we monitored the targets, the tasks and the agreed responsibilities of the project ongoing. Furthermore, we settled an agreement on establishing the goals to be achieved and the next steps to be followed. 

The Transnational Meeting in Bucharest was an opportunity to share experiences, ideas and good practices among all partners. From Formació i Treball, a teach-back session was held on three different e-learning platforms that the entity considers most appropriate to train the workers of the WISE in digital skills. The aim of this dynamic was to receive feedback from partners on the accessibility, usability, scalability and efficiency of these platforms, in order to be able to select one of them to use it in the framework of the project.

Based on this enriching experience, the different working teams learnt about the  different ways of working in an insertion company. It was a very enriching experience where they were able to learn about different ways of working in the Insertion Company as well as other services developed by Ateliere. Nature Brigades (BN), ENSIE Network, Rise Romania Network and Ateliere Fără Frontiere took part in this event. 

 The ERASMUS + project, WISE (Work Integration Social Enterprises) for Digital Upskilling, involves insertion companies (WISE) from all over Europe. These are key players in the insertion process for people in a vulnerable situation. In many cases, these companies are providing services such as vocational training, career guidance or Social Delivery Programs, among others for those people. WISE, like Formació i Treball, fulfills that mission of general interest to facilitate the access and insertion to the labour market for people at risk, as the main objective.
